Dr Paul Glynne kindly fitted me into his private practice at The Physicians’ Clinic today at very short notice, after a major scare last night he was the doctor I most wanted to see. He has been loyal, caring, compassionate and absolutely right in his diagnosis each and every time I have seen him whether for myself or in the past with my father. On each occasion he has communicated in an honest, easy, comfortable and appropriate way. I could not fault him. He is an excellent listener and a great doctor . I have seen him regarding my dad in the nhs too and he is exactly the same, kind, compassionate, honest and has exceptional communication skills, always putting his patient at the centre of his thinking. Quite frankly he is the best doctor I have ever seen and anyone who gets the chance to see him is very lucky indeed and can learn a lot from him. After all isn’t it an honest diagnosis we are after and reassurance. Sometimes the truth is hard to take for ourselves or our loved ones but armed with the truth and a correct diagnosis we can at least try our best to make changes if possible to improve our health or that of someone we care about. I honestly wish more doctors were like Paul Glynne. Highly recommend him and feel hugely privileged to have experienced his excellent care over many years.

My wife visited him and found him to be rude, dismissive and condescending. He thinks he knows the answer to everything but it seems like he’s just making things up in order to reach a diagnosis - often felt like he was clutching at straws. His attitude is one of he’s better than the patient and keeps taking things out of context to prove his diagnosis, when corrected for his error he won’t stop and apologise but just keeps talking. I felt he speaks more than the patient! My wife was distraught and in tears after the appointment as he implied all her problems were due to being overweight. We spent a lot of money on the appointment, but I felt a lot of his explanations were like we had written into an advice column in a newspaper. Paul is highly regarded and well connected across Harley Street being the medical director of the clinic, but I think he should focus on being in the background as medical director rather than patient facing.

I have been a patient for a long time off his and my family.care he take is beyond words his experience is something that all doctor can't have because it's form the heart he give time to me and his patient like he's family and all I can say is thank you for everything and keep up the hard work. One more thing I should add the constructive suggestions on how he could improve greater care in you. One in a millon
